Here are some more Dutch Army Knives. These were issued in 1983 and 1985. Check out the bails on these! Also, note that the opener tools are not polished, unlike the current alox models (Pioneer, Farmer, etc.).

That’s very hard to say. I sold several for between $20 and $60 depending on condition and age. The older ones (with bail, like yours) are worth a little more than the newer ones.
The KL 85 on this page went for $60 (sold to Marios ;) ).
