This is a vintage Victoria stamped pocket knife from I think the 1960s. It measures 84mm and is simply known as model 72 H. The scales are made of genuine horn (hence the letter H).
The knife has a large and small blade and the rather uncommon long nail file on the back. Note that this knife has 2 pins on the bottom end, where the small blade and the long nail file are attached.
