Here’s a Victoria stamped Ambassador with genuine mother of pearl scales. The scales do not contain any slots for tweezers & toothpick. The nail file is of the older, cross cut style and the scissors have a screw and a single leaf spring.
This model was probably known as model no. 653 P when it was introduced in the 1960s or so. The was also a 653 aP model which was identical but came with toothpick and tweezers.
