This is a Victorinox Climber with awesome lime green scales. It features the BLS logo on both the front and the back scales. BLS is one of Switzerland’s biggest railway companies and they use this bright lime green in their corporate identity.
Usually, Victorinox only offers the standard scale colors for advertising SAKs, but it turns out it’s possible to order a non-standard color. These SAKs are obviously quite uncommon (or even very rare like my orange Cybertool). However, this BLS one is readily available at the BLS gift shop. A version with solid green scales was available as well. That one is still on my wanted list.
