Two examples of the Victorinox Gardener. This model is also known as Floral Knife and dates back to maybe the 1960s or so. The frame is 100mm and the single sheepsfoot blade has a chisel edge. The black handled one has brass liners and was probably some sort of Premium version.

This is a fairly old, 58mm blue alox Pocket Pal. This model usually had red alox scales, but apparently other colors were used on advertising knives. The Pocket Pal name is currently used for a 84mm model.

Here’s another Victorinox Executive. This one has rosewood scales with a silver painted shield and cross. It took me a while to find one in (near) mint condition. I do have another one in my collection but on that one the shield has worn of.

This Spartan was part of the Confoederatio Helvetica series, released in 1991. It has an image of William Tell on the front scale. The other knives in this series had metal inlays. Note that the Ambassador was not part of the series and neither was that Sportsman with music cassette I showed a decade ago.

This small pocket knife was listed in the 1940s Elsener/Victoria catalogue. It was known as 50CT: 50 = the Student config (75mm, two blades), CT = Celluloid Tortoise. I’m putting this under cellidor although this knife predates the cellidor scaled SAKs. Old celluloid has the tendency to decay and shrink. These tortoise celluloid scales however

I really like the 74mm line of Victorinox Swiss Army knives. My EDC is a black cellidor Executive, but this one is an Ambassador which has only one layer and fewer tools. Usually, Ambassadors come with cellidor scales but other materials have been available as well, like the RocKnives, gold scales and mother of pearl.
